Honoring Time with Action

As we embarked on the journey to expand our team, we were overwhelmed by the incredible talent and enthusiasm of the candidates who applied for our first internship position. The decision to select just one person was incredibly difficult, given the caliber of all the applicants.

Recognizing the time and effort that each candidate invested in the interview process, we wanted to express our gratitude in a meaningful way. While only one individual could be chosen for the role, we didn’t want the contributions of the others to go unnoticed.

Planting Seeds for the Future

Through the TEMA Foundation, a leading organization dedicated to reforestation and environmental conservation, we decided to plant a sapling on behalf of every candidate who interviewed with us. Through this initiative, their contributions are not only remembered but also transformed into something tangible and enduring: a tree that will help purify the air we all breathe.

This initiative aligns with our mission at Vox Aeris—to contribute to a world where clean air is accessible to all. By planting trees, we’re actively participating in the fight against air pollution and climate change, one sapling at a time.

The response from our candidates has been overwhelmingly positive. Many expressed their appreciation for this gesture, recognizing it as a unique and thoughtful way to value their time. This feedback has inspired us to continue and expand this practice for future hiring processes.

To date, we have planted nine trees through this initiative. But this is just the beginning. As we continue to grow our team and expand our impact, we look forward to seeing our forest flourish.
